Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is hiring a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Olympia, Washington. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with guaranteed hours, dedicated documentation and planning time, a manageable caseload, and support from both TheraPeds and the school district.

You will provide school-based speech and language services to help students strengthen the communication skills they need to participate successfully in school.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Active or eligible licensure in WA (or NH as stated).
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IEPs, evaluations, eligibility, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention plans.
• Address articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations and interpret results.
• Collect data, monitor progress, and complete progress reports.
• Develop IEP documentation and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related-service providers.
• Provide classroom strategies and maintain service records.
• Complete required documentation.
