Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Burnsville, MN area. This is an in-person, full-time role serving a middle school caseload. You will need CCCs and an active Minnesota SLP license to oversee an SLPA.

We offer competitive pay at $55-60/hour with W-2 employment, liability insurance, benefits, licensure reimbursement, mileage between sites, and ongoing mentorship and support for school-based clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP license required.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
