Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Blaine, MN area. This is a full-time, in-person role (37.5 hours/week) working with children ages 3-5.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Minnesota PELSB SLP license. Compensation is $55-58/hour, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and licensure reimbursements.
