Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in a school setting. You will assess communication needs, provide individualized therapy, and collaborate with educators to align goals with IEPs.

This role offers a predictable school-day schedule, working with a supportive interdisciplinary team, ongoing CEUs, and opportunities to develop specialization in bilingual services, AAC, or early childhood.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.
  • Active state SLP license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on student IEPs/504 plans.
  • Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.

Education
