Job summary

Career Links is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based assignment across multiple districts for the 2026/2027 school year. You will conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with educators and families to support communication goals.

You’ll work with a supportive team, including mentorship for CFs, and benefit from a strong benefits package and sign-on/relocation options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or communication disorders.
• Active state licensure as an SLP.
• Minnesota PELSB licensure eligibility/licensure.
• State Teaching Credential (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in compliance with IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs for compliance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student goals.
• Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies including AAC.
• Support inclusive practices and diversity.
• Provide staff training to generalize communication strategies.
