Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person services to school students in Harrisburg, PA. The role supports IEP objectives and involves collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff to deliver compliant educational services.

Typical duties include screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring across individual, small-group, and classroom settings; contract is for a school-year assignment with full or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania Educational Services Certificate and Speech Language Specialist license.
• Strong ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and hearing disorders.
• Excellent collaboration with teachers and families; knowledge of IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, communication, and hearing services in individual, small-group, and classroom settings.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and annually review IEPs; participate in Child Study Team meetings and parent conferences.
• Maintain accurate records, therapy data, evaluations, reports, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, outside agencies, and related service providers; recommend assistive technology and communication supports as needed.
