Job summary

Speech 101 Therapy Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services to students in a school-based setting in Carlisle, PA. Responsibilities include evaluations, direct and indirect therapy, IEP participation, and collaboration with families and staff.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure; CCC-SLP is preferred or required depending on assignment. Clinical Fellows welcome.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required, depending on assignment.
• Clinical Fellows Welcome.
• Department of Education credentialing if required by state/district.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and reassessments for students referred for services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students.
• Maintain accurate documentation including therapy notes, progress reports, and billing records.
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and parent conferences.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, administrators, and families on student progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Comply with FERPA, IDEA, and related regulations.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
• Follow district policies and schedules.
• Provide in-person services as assigned.
