Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person evaluations for students in and around Pittsburgh, PA. This as-needed, school-based role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and supporting communication and hearing disorders while coordinating with IEP teams.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Pennsylvania Educational Services Certificate with an active SLP license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• PA Educational Services Certificate and SLP license

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, communication, and hearing services in individual, small-group, and classroom settings
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop, implement, and annually review IEPs; participate in Child Study Team meetings and parent conferences
• Maintain accurate records, therapy data, evaluations, reports, and required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, outside agencies, and related service providers; recommend assistive technology and communication supports as needed
