Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Beloit, Wisconsin, is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role supports students k-12 across the school setting.

The SLP will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families. Competitive hourly pay, guaranteed hours, and supportive resources are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active or eligible for Wisconsin SLP license; Department of Education credential for school-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies based on data.
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students.
• Support AAC, articulation, phonology, language, fluency, and pragmatic language needs.
• Document progress and complete required reports.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
