Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Wisconsin. The position offers direct therapy, evaluation, and case management with guaranteed hours and collaboration with district staff.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years as a school SLP and 2+ years in virtual school settings within the last 3 years, with state licenses (ASHA CCC preferred) and familiarity with IDEA processes.

Qualifications

• CF-SLP placement may be available.

• Fingerprint background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy, including individualized treatment for K-8 students (potential for High School).
• Consultation with teachers and families.
• Perform evaluations and contribute to IEP/IFSP as required.
• Case management and progress documentation.
• Manage administrative and planning time within guaranteed hours.
• Coordinate with District and TheraPeds support teams.

Job Details

• Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
• August 2026 - May 2027
• K-8 grades (Potential for High School)
• Job Duties: direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, case management
• Guaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning time
• Virtual
• Must have 3+ years as school SLP
• 2+ years as a virtual school SLP in the last 3 years
• Manageable caseloads
• Dual support from the District and TheraPeds
• $60 - $65/hour ($2250-$2437/week+)

Physical Requirements

Employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
