EDU Healthcare in Michigan is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school team. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language needs, developing IEPs and delivering direct therapy in individual and group settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP license in Michigan or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery.
• Structured school-based setting with built-in school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required.
