Jabbergym, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Wahiawa, HI. You will evaluate students, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to support communication and learning.

Collaboration with teachers, families, and MDTs is essential to student success. You will manage IEP documentation, participate in annual reviews, and supervise SLPAs where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Ability to complete all required criminal background clearances.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in an educational setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable.
