Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 2026-2027 school-year, full-time in Waipahu, HI. Hawaii SLP license is required to support students in a school-based setting.

You will assess students, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, maintain documentation, and collaborate with teachers, families, and the MDT to promote communication and learning.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start
• Ability to complete criminal background clearances
• Experience in educational settings and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students to determine needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct, school-based SLP services to students
• Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and MDT collaboration
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support progress
• Maintain therapy notes and progress reports
• Supervise SLPAs as applicable
