Jabbergym, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the Puunene, HI area. You will evaluate students, plan individualized therapy, and deliver direct services in a school setting.

Collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams is essential to support communication, learning, and student success. This full-time role offers CEU/license reimbursement, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Ability to complete all required criminal background clearances.
• Experience in educational settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable.
