Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Pulaski, TN is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team for the upcoming school year. The role focuses on helping students develop communication skills to support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP goals, therapy services, and collaboration with teachers and families. Competitive salary with benefits and formal mentorship for Clinical Fellows may be offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• TN State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain) is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.
• School-based experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

TN State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

School-based experience preferred but not required
