Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Pulaski, Tennessee for the upcoming school year. This full-time role offers 35 hours per week, with a start date in August 2026, and a collaborative environment focused on student communication and academic success.

The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-driven treatment plans, and provide both direct and indirect services while coordinating with teachers, families, and administrators.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • TN State SLP license or ability to obtain, ESA certification preferred or obtainable.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP credential preferred but not mandatory with school-based experience helpful.

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Position Type: Full-Time | School Year Position

Hours: Monday-Friday, FT (35 hours/week)

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
