Job summary

IEP Therapy, a member of the Point Quest Group, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver school-based services in Grayslake, IL. You will assess students, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide direct therapy aligned with IEP goals in a K-12 setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, with mentorship for new grads and opportunities for CEU/license support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• DOJ/FBI Livescan background check and US work eligibility.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
