Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Lake Station, IN. You will provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals.

The role requires Indiana SLP licensure (or eligibility), strong organizational and communication skills, and collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Indiana or eligibility to obtain.
• Criminal and DCS background checks.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct formalized assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and support SLPAs as applicable.
