Job summary

Point Quest Group, through IEP Therapy, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in Burlington, WI. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, and direct therapy aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Applicants must hold a state SLP license, pass a DOJ background check, and have a Master’s in Communication Disorders. Preferred experience and state credentials.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from a CAA‑accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
