ProCare Therapy in Aurora, IL seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality services in a supportive school environment. This contract position offers opportunities to impact student learning through assessments, therapy planning, and collaboration with educators.

The ideal candidate holds CCC-SLP, state licensure, and experience with diverse school caseloads; you will develop IEPs, deliver direct therapy, attend IEP meetings, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School SLP
• Experience with a diverse school caseload preferred
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop IEPs and assess student progress

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students\' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to each student
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students\' educational goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in line with school standards
• Provide direct therapy, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
