Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide expert SLP services in a collaborative school setting across elementary, middle, and high school environments.

The role emphasizes conducting screenings and assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, and delivering direct therapy in both individual and group settings while documenting progress for IEP meetings and parent communications.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school-aged students
• Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students across various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings; track and document student progress to inform IEP meetings and parent communications
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support teachers and staff with strategies to foster communication skills within the classroom
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with district and state guidelines
