ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Texas. This full-time contract runs August 11, 2026 through May 27, 2027, with responsibilities including assessments, IEP management, and direct therapy across K-12.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist Certification and SLP-CCC credential required.
• Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
• School or pediatric experience highly valued.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently within an educational team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students across all grade levels.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings.
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and state requirements.
• Consult and partner with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and student-centered planning.
• Adhere to all professional and ethical standards established for school-based SLPs.
