Pediatric Developmental Services seeks a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLP-A) to support school-based speech therapy under IEP/504 plans, helping students improve communication and confidence.

You will evaluate, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to tailor individualized treatment plans and deliver high-quality services in a supportive educational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
• State SLP-A License required.
• Experience working with K-12 kids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech-language therapy services based on students' IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to identify strengths and areas of concern.
• Develop and support treatment plans (IEPs/504 plans) and collaborate with educators and families.
