Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment start
• CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates will also be considered
• Prior experience supporting school-aged children or working within educational settings
• Proficient in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and documenting progress
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and support implementation within classrooms
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in group and individual settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing progress and collaborating on goals
• Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students communication needs
