Collaboration with teachers and families is essential to implement effective interventions. The position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Texas license; CCC-SLP is preferred, with Clinical Fellows

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Texas SLP license.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group speech/language therapy services to students with a variety of needs.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor ongoing progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design effective interventions.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support student success.
• Offer consultation and in-service training to educational teams when appropriate.
