Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CF) for a school-based contract across PreK–12, onsite in Virginia. Flexible full- or part-time hours, with assignments for the full academic year.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Virginia SLP licensure eligibility, and ideally CCC-SLP; Clinical Fellows are welcome. Mentorship available and a collaborative multidisciplinary team supports your impact.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in PreK–12.
  • Craft and execute individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to unique student needs.
  • Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within the school setting.
  • Engage collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and meet all state and district guidelines.
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP and student support meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Possess, or be eligible for, Virginia SLP licensure.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
