Job summary

Temporary Staffing Professionals is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an on-site contract in Lake Stevens, WA. You will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and support students with speech and language needs within a school-based setting.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy aligned to IEP goals, writing evaluation reports, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active WA SLP license; ASHA CCCs preferred.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to students per IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
• Maintain documentation and logs compliant with district/state guidelines.
• Support articulation, fluency, voice, and language needs.
• Provide consultative guidance to staff on speech strategies.
• Ensure services align with regulations.
