Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services Inc is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting in Tracy, CA. The CFs welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active CA SLP license or eligibility required.

• Experience or interest in pediatric/school-based populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed
