Job summary

TheraPeds Partners seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school‑based team in Thornton, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role offers 36–38 hours per week and runs August 2026–May 2027.

You will provide direct therapy, develop IEP goals, conduct evaluations, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers and families to support students’ speech and language needs across grade levels.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Colorado licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Colorado Department of Education certification or credential for school-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progress.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, reevaluation, and interdisciplinary meetings.
