Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Pine, Colorado, seeks a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year, on-site in a school setting. The role includes direct therapy, evaluations, IEP goals, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators and families.

You'll support students with articulation, language, AAC, and other communication needs, manage a reasonable caseload, and receive district and company backing, plus ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible for Colorado SLP licensure.
• Colorado Department of Education licensure for school-based practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• CF-SLP candidates may be considered with supervision available.
• Experience working with children; school-based experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP process and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention as needed based on data.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals.
• Support AAC and other communication needs as appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, reevaluation meetings.
