Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma City for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role offers guaranteed hours, on-site work, and a supportive environment with district collaboration.

You will deliver OT services, develop IEP goals, and help students access education while maintaining strong documentation and family-teacher collaboration. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Active or eligible for a Oklahoma OT licensure.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IEPs, evaluations, eligibility, and school-based OT services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Comfort with technology and documentation.
• Ability to complete required background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group occupational therapy services.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention plans.
• Address fine-motor, visual-motor, sensory-motor, self-care, regulation, and functional school skills.
• Conduct OT evaluations and reevaluations.
• Interpret assessment results and develop recommendations.
• Collect data and monitor student progress.
• Complete therapy documentation, evaluation reports, and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Consult with teachers and school teams regarding accommodations, adaptations, equipment, and classroom strategies.
• Collaborate with families, educators, special education staff, and related-service providers.
