Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based position in Columbia, SC. You’ll support students by providing speech and language services that impact communication and learning.

This role welcomes both experienced SLPs and CFs, with full-time or part-time schedules, W-2 employment, benefits, and licensure support. You will assess, write reports, develop IEP goals, participate in meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Valid South Carolina SLP license or ability to obtain one.
• South Carolina Education Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Document progress notes and maintain compliance records.
