Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Salinas, California for a contract opportunity dedicated to supporting students with diverse communication needs. You hold or are eligible for SLP-CCC or CFY credentials and will collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, deliver therapy both individually and in groups, and maintain records in compliance with local and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible California licensure for SLP required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting students across a range of speech and language abilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students referred for speech and language services
• Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in alignment with best practices
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in group settings
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation as required by local and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide recommendations, resources, and training to staff and families as needed
