Strides Therapy & Educational Services is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support Calvert County Public Schools, Maryland. The role focuses on assessing and treating speech-language disorders to help students meet educational goals.

The candidate will collaborate with teachers, families, and the school team, participate in IEPs, and stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology. The contract is full-time for the school term.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• MD licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA (unless CF).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve communication, articulation, fluency, and language.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school team for classroom participation.
