Job summary

MJ Care is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students within their school day. You’ll provide direct therapies aligned with IEPs, while collaborating with teachers, administrators and other service providers to ensure students access their education.

The role emphasizes documentation, team participation and adapting services to student needs, with a focus on successful communication across educational settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Wisconsin DPI license and ASHA certification preferred.
• Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and service documentation encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to students aligned with IEPs.
• Deliver speech-language services in classroom, small group or 1:1 settings.
• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, screenings and progress monitoring.
• Participate in IEP and team meetings and document progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely and compliant service records.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to support students.
