Job summary

VerbaCare, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology CF candidate for a school-based, in-person role in the East Bay, California. The position offers ASHA CF supervision, a dedicated supervising SLP, and a sign-on bonus with relocation assistance.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals under supervision, and collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers while building clinical independence during the CF year.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CF eligibility.
• California SLP licensure or authorization eligibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• No prior school-based experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to students in school settings.
• Conduct assessments and support evaluation processes.
• Develop and implement IEP goals under supervision.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.
• Build clinical skills and independence through CF experience.
