Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a licensed or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in California. The role emphasizes ethical service delivery, collaboration with Parents, Teachers and IEP teams, and data-driven goal writing for curricular standards.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required and CFs are welcome. Training includes a robust mentoring program and benefits package in a mission-driven, clinician-led setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
