VerbaCare, Inc. is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–27 school year in Vallejo, Martinez, and San Pablo, CA. This in-person, W-2, full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and dedicated clinical support to help students succeed.

You will provide school-age therapy, conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families. California licensure and CCC (preferred) are required or encouraged, with opportunities to supervise SLPAs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California SLP License.
• School-based experience preferred.
• CCC preferred (provides opportunities to supervise SLPAs).

• School Year: 2026–27
• Setting: In-person, school-based positions across the Vallejo, Martinez, and San Pablo area (Solano & Contra Costa Counties)
• Caseload: [##] students
• Grade Levels: [TK–12 / Elementary / Secondary]
• Employment: W-2, Full-Time
• Interviewing Now: Start as soon as possible

Position Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP License
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• CCC preferred (provides opportunities to supervise SLPAs)

CF Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Completion of required academic and clinical coursework
• Eligible for ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Eligible for, or able to obtain, the appropriate California SLP/CF licensure or authorization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
