Job summary

VerbaCare, Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for in-person school-based services in California. The role supports students through direct therapy, assessments, and IEP development while collaborating with teachers and families.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with an active CA license and CCC (preferred). The position offers a hybrid work option, mentorship, and professional development within a clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Active California SLP license required.
• School-based experience preferred; CCC preferred for supervising SLPAs.

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Completion of required academic and clinical coursework
• Eligible for ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Eligible for or able to obtain the appropriate California SLP/CF licensure or authorization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
