Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is hiring a Master’s level Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. CFs welcome. The role focuses on providing school-based SLP services within a collaborative team.

Requirements include CA SLP licensure, fingerprint and TB clearances, and a commitment to ethical practice. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 per year, aligned with the school calendar and experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
