Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based program. Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA licensure; CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on the school year calendar and experience.

This role emphasizes mentoring, collaboration with families, educators, and a multidisciplinary team, with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities included.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
Fingerprint background clearance.
Tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
