Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year to provide school-based speech-language pathology services in California. Masters in Speech-Language Pathology and CA SLP credential (or eligibility) are required. CFs welcome.

Compensation ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 per year, based on the school year calendar, with comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include conducting ethically sound evaluations, writing reports, collaborating with IEP teams, and maintaining therapy data

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CA SLP license/credential or eligibility is required.
• Experience in school-based practice preferred but CFs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parents/Teachers/IEP teams on service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs and data collection; manage IEP goals.
