Qualifications

• Active MN Speech-Language Pathology license (PDF copy required)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• CCC preferred; CFs working toward CCC considered
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments, generate comprehensive evaluations, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster language-rich learning environments
• Maintain timely documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with educational regulations
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support activities
