Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Burnsville, MN. This in-person, full-time role serves a middle school caseload across two sites, requires CCCs, and mandates a Minnesota SLP license. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP license required.
• CCCs (ASHA) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
