Job summary

Talent Search PRO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve two middle schools in Burnsville, MN. The contract runs ASAP through June 4, 2027, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week and hourly pay of $55–$60.

The SLP will provide services, develop goals aligned with IEPs, participate in evaluations and meetings, monitor progress, and document clinical activities. The role includes supervising an SLPA and collaborating with educators and families onsite.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential required.
• Ability to provide clinical oversight and supervision to an SLPA.

• Develop and implement speech-language goals aligned with student IEPs.
