Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Waterboro, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based position serves elementary students with guaranteed pay and a sign-on bonus opportunity.

We welcome CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP/CFY). Compensation ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, with a potential sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and comprehensive benefits. Join a supportive team across district settings.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility is required or expected.
• Active Maine SLP license or eligibility is required.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
