Job summary

St. Luke's in Idaho is seeking a Research Coordinator 2 to support the BRITE Trial, a large school-based suicide prevention study across multiple states.

You will ensure day-to-day adherence to the study protocol and help manage data collection, participant tracking, and study communications. The role involves coordinating recruitment, informed consent, travel reimbursements, and occasional delivery of SOS/YAM interventions at partner schools.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in research coordination.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience supporting human subjects research.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day adherence to the BRITE trial protocol.
• Develop and oversee routine quality control processes.
• Manage participant compensation and retention tracking.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, minutes, and communications.
• Assist with data collection, data entry, cleaning, and queries.
• Travel to school research sites as needed to deliver interventions.
