Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen and enroll potential subjects per protocol requirements.
• Obtain informed consent and document consent process.
• Maintain regulatory documents, source data, and CRFs.
• Monitor and report adverse events; coordinate data queries.
• Communicate protocol-related issues to staff and investigators.
