Job summary

St. Luke's Cancer Institute in Idaho is seeking an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator to bridge patients and breakthrough therapies.

You will manage trial visits, data entry, and protocol-driven care within a fast-paced oncology environment. You’ll coordinate visits, labs, imaging, and schedules with multidisciplinary teams, ensure accurate data capture, and support investigators and sponsors to keep trials compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical research experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through every step of their clinical trial journey, from screening to follow-up.
• Coordinate study visits, procedures, labs, imaging, and treatment schedules across multidisciplinary oncology teams.
• Collect, verify, and enter clinical data with accuracy.
• Support direct care teams during study visits and ensure protocol-driven care is provided according to study requirements.
• Manage investigational product logistics, sample handling, and timely reporting of safety events.
• Serve as the operational hub for the study team, clinical staff, sponsors and monitors to keep trials running smoothly.
