Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Class Behavioral Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in a school setting. Roles include 1:1 and general classroom support in Orange and Irvine, CA, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with students from pre-K to high school.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA strategies, keeping students on task, and collaborating with teachers and staff. Must have RBT certification and prior school experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• Experience with Aggressive ABA behaviors is a plus.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or general classroom behavioral support.
• Implement ABA strategies and monitor student progress toward behavioral goals.
• Maintain calm, clear communication with students, teachers and staff.
• Assist with daily activities and support safety as needed (up to 40 pounds).
